Barbara Grieve, whose Chinese name is Yan Wang, is a Brisbane-based China-Australia business expert and entrepreneur specialising in education, tourism, trade and product sourcing. She is Director of AXCEN Australia-China Business Development. Barbara gained her Bachelor Degree in Economics from leading Wuhan University in China. She received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Queensland University of Technology, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy. She has achieved outstanding results both in her own business ventures and in helping Australian and Chinese businesses achieve their breakthrough and continuing success.
Barbara is able to further her goal of building and resourcing positive Australia-China relationships as Chongqing Representative on the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Sister Cities Steering Committee and Australian Representative for the China Intelligent City Innovative Development Research Centre. Examples of her passion and commitment to Australia-China economic prosperity include her role as the Australian Business and Friendship Ambassador for Pengzhou Chengdu City China and her role as the Australian Liaison for The Provincial Education Department of Hubei China.
